Altair Connect login issue

Hi, I've been having trouble logging into my altair connect account. I was previously registered and used the website normally. Few months ago I got the message while logging in that an account with my email doesn't exist, I signed up again but the account has been pending approval since then.

My email is zeyad.alsayed96@eng-st.cu.edu.eg

We are using Altair's products as a sponsorship for our racing team.
