Distributed load on a surface

Hi, 

I would like to apply a load of 8000 N but I don't want to apply it on a single node; in fact I want the load to be distrinuted on a face of my component. How can I set it in my analysis?

    Apply a pressure on this surface:

     

                                               8000

    Pressure value = -----------------------------------

                                        Surface's area
