Cannot login to our Altair Access PBS page

This one is odd. No one on our team can login to the web portal hosted from our physical HWUL. The error just says incorrect username or password. 

 

I can use those same credentials to login to the server through a putty window without error. I can also map to the server and login successfully through windows file explorer and can view my files on the server.
