S frame license is not working

Hi

My license request to use S-Frame is approved and I installed the software choosing "standard" form. although I uploaded the license file, the software does not open and shows me an error as follow:

 

Altair License Manager: License error

Feature(s): GlobalZoneAM, SframeEnt
Error Code: 9
Error Description:
Feature not found

Feature: SframeEnt
Error Code: 9
Error Description:


License Path: D:\Software_Programs\AltairS-FRAME2022.1_win64\altair_lic.dat

Altair Hosted HyperWorks Units: License error

Feature: SframeEnt
Error Code: -40

 

Please let me know how to fix this problem.
