Error 6, 9, -40 in optistruct, but with analysis completed

Hi, I have a student license for the hyperworks package and sometimes it happens that during the analysis in optistruct I get this error code:License error:

[LicID -1] (Err: -40) While checking out feature "GlobalZoneEU": Requested feature name was not found in licenses.
The analysis is completed anyway but I don't understand what the problem is, also because it doesn't always happen. I tried searching for the path written in the error in file explorer but two out of three couldn't find them. What can it be?
(Where I wrote license number, in reality it is actually written my license number on the error code)
I have the 2023.1 version
