No és tan frecuente tener estas licencias locales. Pero de cuaquer manera, tiene que verificarlo en 'Registro de licencia" cual és la message de erro que te presentas. me parece que tiene un problema con el archivo de licencia, ó apuntas para el sítio incorrecto.
