hi, i have a problem of cannot opening a model in my hypermesh

hi! good morning, i have a problem of cannot opening a model and the model segment become blank and blackened, i have deleted the files as per this post https://community.altair.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=044688761b2bd0908017dc61ec4bcb69 and i have also checked my video driver which said has been installed with the latest video drivers, but it seems my hypermesh app still cannot open the model, ihave added the picture of my problem in attachment, and also the file of the model, is there any i can do more?

    Hi Irman, 

    You file is opening in my system, so there's no issue with your file. If you are still facing the same issue, you can try re-installing HyperMesh.
