Transient heat transfer in Optistruct

Dear all, 

 

I'm learning the transient thermal analysis with Optistruct and would like to simulate the following situation:

the polymer beam is heated by two ends with the temperature 250°C. 

Is it correct, if I use only the constraints (SPC) of 250°C?

Or shall I use another loads for temperature?
