simsolid training modal analysis and postprocessing not flagged completed

Hi

 

I completed all the online training for Simsolid 2021 but the two module for modal analysis and post-processing analysis don't get flagged completed correctly and I can't get my certificate released. 

Looks modal partecipation and reaction forces sublinks are corrupted.

 

How can I complete the course?
