Is there a particular aspect that concerns you?
There are a few changes depending on if your model is running Small Displacements/Deformations or Large Displacements/Deformations. Up to around 5 to 10% you could work with small deformations. But more than that, you should consider Large Deformations theory (by using LGDISP).
