I use the EDEM 2022.1 student version. When I finish the model and click 'simulator' on the top left bar. the software will crash and quit unexpectedly. So why does it happen? Is there any error in my installation?

I'd advice you to get the latest EDEM version available online. There was an issue with the student version with a previous EDEM version. Installer can be found below:

I did, but problem still continues. As you see on the figure, I download the last version EDEM 2022. When I finish the model and click 'simulator' on the top left bar. the software will crash and quit unexpectedly
