Please dont call thermal bc under Load subcase definition for strutural loadstep. Instead apply thermal bc via subcase option TEMP_Load.Also define elastic material property to run through.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
Elastic material properties like E and Poisson ratio i assigned in material load col, now the file is running but the results r coming wrong, so kindly guide me is there any other options are there to assign elastic properties
I guess this could be because of units defined. What value you have defined in MAT1 and MAT4?
You can request free eBook on OptiStruct Thermal Analysis using below link.

Do you have MATT1 card defined inside the MAT1 card. Is that intended or By mistake? If it is by mistake, then please uncheck MATT1 and run analysis again.
hello Sir,
i did not assign the MATT1, but i assigned the MAT4 and MATT4
MATT4: Defines temperature-dependent material properties for the corresponding MAT4 Bulk Data Entry fields via TABLEMi
Use Table create utility to define Temperature dependent conductivity with TABLEM card.
So if you have defined MATT4 under MAT4 card, call TABLEM card T(K)
