i am getting above error while solving FRF analysis for Plate, pls help me to solve this error

Looks like the load on model is zero. Make sure you apply loads on your model.
i used unit load on the load collector and assigned DAREA as load type

You must be reffering in RLOAD, ryt?
what is the load type in it?
