Good morning everybody,

I 've got a problem with the devive database editor (PcdEditor) with powersim 2022.

I create a MOSFET EON model (.xml) for a half bridge module with separate RTH diode.

I save the model but the ticked button (separate rth diode) isn't conserved when I reloaded Pcd Editor.

is there a option to forced the choice ?

I used Powersim 2020 but I haven't observe these problem.

    Dear Xavier,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

I have verified the issue with the MOSFET EON model and I have logged it, so it gets fixed in the future.

As a workaround, I tried directly adding the Rth diode parameters in the XML file, but it didn't work.

I will come back to you in case I find a working solution but most probably we should wait until this is fixed.

    Best regards,
