First time creating a support case since the POWERSIM migration to Altair.
I need technical feedback but I don't know what to type on "Account" field. Do I need some kind of paid account name or similar?

Hi Carlos, I have moved you to your correct company account in Altair One. You will receive a verification email. Pls use the link to verify your account. Once that is done, you will be able to submit support cases thru the community support portal.
