(Solved) TABLE/1 definition in HyperMesh for Radioss (MAT LAW 76)

Hi,

I am attempting to define a couple of tables for the /MAT/LAW76 (SAMP) material in Radioss, which will be used to define the curve ID and associated strain rate for multiple stress-strain curves. I have already defined the curves (stress-strain) themselves but, the table is proving quite difficult in HyperMesh.

In the 'Model' browser, I have gone Create > Curve, and then selected this new curve and changed "value" from /FUNCT to /TABLE/1 (see attached image). I have also modified "dimension" and "curve defination options" so that I can then select the table edit icon and modify the table values (also in attached image). However, I cannot seem to modify the "Ifunc" entries (not by right or left clicking, not by clicking on the cursor symbol as shown in the photo, not by double-clicking). I am assuming the curve IDs get listed below Ifunc and my strain rate values get listed below V(0) but without the ability to specify curve IDs I am at a loss for how to create these tables for the material definition.

Thus, how can I create and edit a table in HyperMesh for Radioss?

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

(This "Radioss Error 784: Error in Table definition" discussion from a few years ago was useful, but does not show how a curve ID is specified in the Ifunc column).

I ended up figuring it out - right clicking on the "Ifunc" header and selecting "Status" will allow for that column to be populated by the curves you select. It will originally say "unspecified" but by left-clicking a couple of times, it is possible to get the curve selection pop-up and choose the curves for the table.
