licenses Key

Good afternoon,

I worked with our office IT and we were able to download the latest Altair products and the Altair License Manager. But i wasn't sure it we were supposed to get a new licenses Key. I can see our old licenses in the hosted licenses setting and not sure if our new one should there. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Fatima,
Since you are using a hosted license, you will not need (or get) a separate license key.

Just make sure that the downloaded product versions and the hosted license version are the same. If the downloaded versions are newer than the hosted license version, ask your account manager to upgrade your licenses to the latest version.
