I've already installed everything that I got from the email (including the license) but when I try to open HyperMesh, multiple errors show up saying there are missing readers and templates, and they show what files are exactly missing.
Can you post here the error messages?
I'll only post two of the error messages, one says that external readers are not found (all of them from the same path Program Files/Altair/2017-edu/io/abf_readers), and the other error says import templates not found, again, from the same path (Program Files/Altair/2017-edu/templates/import).
All of the +20 error messages that show up are the same, just changing the file

You need to reinstall Hyperworks. Your installation was damaged (I don't know why)
I've already reinstalled it 3 times (even deleting everything with Revo Uninstaller). It doesn't work
Are you opening the app from the start menu? these errors usually appear if you are opening the HyperMesh app from the installation folder .exe file
Please click on HyperWorks 2017 student edition,
