What is the web page URL/link for downloading my SLC license keys and new versions of software?

I have multiple licenses for SLC and like to remain near current for software versions.

What is the URL I can use to get to the downloads page for my SLC Software?

Yes, as Philip says, the legacy "setinit" (a.k.a. "wpskey") license files are obtained from https://myaccount.worldprogramming.com/.

Eventually all will move over into www.altairone.com but for the time being mainframe licenses, community edition licenses, maintenance builds, early access versions, and back issues are still on the old site.

AltairOne Marketplace site has the current GA versions for each platform.
