Licensing Problem

I Have been trying for since a week to activate the software and get going but it hasnt been possible, I have followed all the troubleshooting steps and licensing steps. Finally it has come down to this

Please help me i am not able to understand what is the problem.

    Few observations:

    I assume from your screenshots, that you have a 'standalone' license?

    I can see you have path set in user set in both user and system, I set only in system, and, have the full path, including license name: e.g:

    Your license file is named "altair_lic (2).dat" please try renaming it to "altair_lic.dat"

    Yep

    did as you told. but still not able to activate

    your screenshots show you haven't done what I said!

    your local variable is just the path (it doesn't include the file)

    and you still have a system variable set too

    also, I note you have installed in a folder indicating this may be edu version? in that case you wouldn't have a standalone license normally, the activation would be using HHWU, are you sure standalone is what you have?
