Tetramesh failed -1 error

Hello ,

I am trying to generate tetramesh for a CFD analysis. I have checked free edges, proximity , intersections element quality and yet it fails to generate tetramesh. It shows up an error tetramesh failed -1: no elements highligthed. Can anyone suggest me what could be the issue. I have only one closed volume. I have around 28844464 surface elements.

i don't have the answer for you, but i'd rather try HyperWorksCFD for that or SimLab.

Additionally, there was a tetramesh for CFD purposes if I recall correctly.
