How can i deactivate a license without access to previous computer?

Hello!

I switched computers because my old one is no longer functioning. I was looking at the deactivation utility but it seems to require the desactivation be done on the host. In the online platform i could not find how to deactivate my licence without access to the old host. ¿Could someone guide me through this process? Thanks!
