Different mesh elements

Good evening,

I am trying to evaluate the influence of different mesh elements (CHEXA8, CHEXA20, CTETRA) on the results of the Freq. response (direct) simulation, especially on the influence of the flexural behaviour of the model. I want to obtain the FRF of the beam to evaluate the eigenfrequencies.

I meshed it with automesh2D ed then extruded the mesh along a line due to the shape of the beam. By using mixed elements, then I manually arranged them to fulfill the 2D quality criteria, I run the simulation and it worked. Then, in this model in the attachments, I converted the orded of the Penta elements to 2nd order and I got all CHEXA8 elements, I run the simulation and I get this error:

Altair License Manager: License error

Feature(s): GlobalZoneAM, HyperWorks, HWHyperMesh
Error Code: 9
Error Description:
Feature not found

I get the same error if I try to convert all the elements to 2nd order to get CHEXA20.

Please, could you tell me where is the source of this problem and wheter the change of elements I am doing works. I tried to do the same with a simple square beam but I get the same error.
PS: I have a student version.

All the best

Marco
