How do I find ct_reader.msg file

I get the error Message "Error Loading file o1_120lbs.stp. See ct_reader.msg file for details".

Where is the ct_reader.msg file ?

Why can't I find the answer to this in you VERY USLESS help system?

It's in your start in directory.

by default located here: %USERPROFILE%\Documents

I found the file. Lots of information I do not understand. Then says “Can’t open file” what does that mean?

checked permissions and HyperMesh has permission to read the file.

If the format incompatible?

Is the geometry incompatible?
