uniaxial or multiaxial method in hyperlife

Hello,

I have the following :

Subcase 1 is pressfit

Subcase 2 is pressfit + point load

In SN approach, Do I need to go for uniaxial or multiaxial method, Please explain also how to create events with the above subcases.
