I have been working on fabric material meshed with all 3 noded R-tria shell elements for non linear analysis. I use LAW 58 material for this component and property type 16. In property, in the formulation for 3 node shell i used standard triangle(C0) till now and the fabric behaviour was fine but not so close to physical behavior. I see some other 2 formulations based on discrete kirchoff theory. Can someone please tell what is the difference between DKT18 and DKT_S3, in theory manual there is no technical difference.
