Hi,

I am trying to learn fatigue using optistruct , Please share me with the videos and fem files regarding fatigue. I already went through the fatigue tutorials in optistruct

If I put all of the fatload into one fatevnt, are they now occurring simultaneously? How do I change the model that the loads occurs one after each other?

Thankyou

N.K

    Hi @Rahul R,

I tried using the SQNTL in FATEVNT load collector.

I got error ' TID field in FATLOAD 9 must be a blank because of SQTNL  in FATEVNT 10. '

Tried leaving the TID field in FATLOAD 9 blank. Resulted in some other error ' ERROR # 1000 *** in the input data:  Incorrect data in field # 3.'

Please guide me how to clear the SQNTL loading errors

    Thank you

    Hi @Prakash Pagadala

    Thankyou, its working.

My doubt is you have left the TID fields blank for the FATLOAD card. It doesn't require the loading time history ?

How loading time history specified in Sequential loading?

    HI @Karthic

I agree. But in document it says TID should be blank,

I have written to experts on this to get a clarification. I will update you soon.

    Hi @Karthic

Right now sequential loading is not supported with tabfat.  SQTNL is used for rotor dynamic cases for example.

Concern team is going to add more information on SQTNL soon.

if at all SQTNL wants to be used, then you  would have to create separate events

Thank you for the quick response.

    1. So you mean sequential  loading without TABFAT is OK ?

                                                          OR

    2. Creating  separate events and calling all in FATSEQ card is ok ?

For a static case FATSEQ is what I will try first
