Bending stress

Hi All,

Normally we feed the stress strain curve for tension in material properties.

1. If my component experience more of flexural or compressive stress. Then my part is to be compared with the bending or compressive strength respectively ?

2. Is it possible to feed the curve for compression/ bending ?

3. MAT/LAW36 (PLAS_TAB) can use curve for compression/ bending ?
