No, only PLOAD4, Force1/force2 are supported load types in OptiStruct as the follower load. More load types will be added in the coming future.

In case of NLGEOM using CORD3R (local coordinate) i can apply follower load.
Is it possible in NLGEOM to apply enforced displacement that can act like follower displacement?

Sorry for a late reply. I don't see any restriction with CORD3R on help regarding imposed displacement.
