export optimize beam model

Hi,

there is a way to export an optimize chassis frame (modeled using beam)  in Hypermesh with optimized beam section?

    Hi, 

    Do you mean: how to visualize the optimized structure in HM? What kind of optimization have you carried out? (Based on the type of optimization carried out you will get the file which contain optimized results. You have to overwrite those results on the base model file to get the optimized model. Note that only a few optimization methods give overwritable files whereas some should be visualized in HyperView and accordingly the modifications to the fem must be carried out manually.)

    If you have already overwritten the result file on the model file in HM, then you can export it to get the optimized model file.
