Quiz 8 if Thermal Analysis with Optistruct Intermediate Exam

Sir,

I am unable to qualify the exercise quiz of thermal analysis with optistruct certification.Here i attach the required files.

My contour and max min results are similar to procedure pdf but the reults of question of quiz is different. What can be the tentative problem.

Kindly take a look and help me clear the exercise. I will be very grateful to you.

Hi Sourav,

As i mentioned in the post, my contour , max and min results for grid temperature, displacement magnitude and von misses stresses are correct(as shown in pdf provided with exercise). Yet my results for questions asked in the particular quiz differs by a large amount from options provided. Why is this happening? I have attached my hm, h3d and pdf file for you to verify.

Kindly take a look and let me know if anything is wrong with it.

Kindly make sure you download the correct model file provided for Quiz 8 and follow the steps mentioned in the pdf. This shall give you the correct answer.

I have rechecked everything. The model downloaded and the steps followed are as mentioned in pdf.
