The analysis does not run

Wanting to run an analysis on Optistruct, the solver window does not appear, so you cannot see the results. The analysis does not run, even though the load steps, load collector, control cards are entered correctly. Clicking "view out" reads that ".out file does not exist".    (I have already tired with export options set to All)

My version is the 2022 student version

    this is strange.

    The .fem file runs just fine in here, at least in the full version. i've tried both from the .hm file and directly the .fem file. both run fine.

    Have you tried running it directly for the Compute Console?
