Dear Mr or Miss,
I download EDEM 2020 version and it said unable to get the license. What should I do?
The document in the attachment said that there will be an EDEM license ID file in the license server could you get that?
By the way, I also put the license I got from Altair.
"An EDEM License ID file with a Locking Code will be generated on installation of the license server. E-mail the license ID file to your account manager or support@edemsimulation.com. Once the Locking Code information has been sent, its window can be closed, and the installation finished. "
