When I run a metal extrude , there always be a big problem: the program stopped at status:“Doing geom clean up for portholes”,maybe stopped ,stay at the status ,not any change more.
why ? how to solve it. Thanks everyone can give me an answer.

Can you please post the model you are trying to set up? Another question, are you able to simulate tutorial models that come with the installation.
FYI - Tutorial examples are at C:\Program Files\Altair\2021.1\InspireExtrude2021.1\tutorial_models\extrudemetal folder.
