How to reduce the excessive stiffness generated when a solid element imposes a constraint

hi all

II want to constrain the  DOF of the bolt hole，what should I do,if i use the rbe element,it would  lead to excessive stiffness problems，the other way is use rbe3 and rbe2 
element,but it have some eroors like this *** ERROR # 2110 ***
 The dependent d.o.f. is constrained by grid or spc data.
 RBE2 element id =      76740
         grid id =      14250
       component =          1.

    The dependent node is constrained with SPCs which is not valid. Instead, constrain the independent node.Consider the RBE2 with only DOF in 123.
