Can't proceed Quiz 8: Coupled Thermal-Structural Analysis in Thermal Analysis with OptiStruct Intermediate Examination

Sir,

     I am unable to qualify the exercise quiz 8 of thermal analysis with optistruct certification.i got the result similar to procedure PDF but the reults of question of quiz is different. What can be the tentative problem.

     Kindly take a look and help me clear the exercise. I will be very grateful to you.
