No laminate/property is refered for freesize setup (DSIZE card). Please check, update and run the analysis.
Thank you for you'r help ! But unfortunately now I have the next error.. *** ERROR # 6010 *** DCOMP 2 defines constraints for STACK 3 which cannot be satisfied. These constraints are initially violated but they do not involve any designable plies.

Since I dont know which laminate you have referred and to which DSIZE, I can't really suggest a solution.
Please share the modified deck to the dropbox link in my signature below
Balance constraint is used when there are +45 and -45 plies are available. In your laminate there are only +45 plies.
Also, remove membersize constraint on DCOMP
Hi Prakash, I tried to solve the problem that way but I think there are some more faults.. If I delete the balance in the free size than nothing is happenig and if I delete the balance in the composite size than my plys are empty. It is to despair..;)

Even with Balance the size DVPRELs are empty. Looks like plies did not referred in the size parameters. Can you cross check this?
