Query on pausing the simulation

Hi Altair Support team,
I hope you're doing well!
As per Altair help centre,
pausing the simualtion should return back the license but in my case same is not true, Can you please Help?

Hey Ali,
When pausing an OptiStruct run, check under License Usage if that feature's still there:
Make sure that other people's usage isn't interfering with the current count.
