How do I fix my bottom panel?

Hello,

There's been a problem with my bottom panel in Hypermesh. It is completely gone, like in the picture shared. I'm not sure how to fix. Should I uninstall and install again? Also, I heard about deleting settings files, but it's not currently working, saying I don't have these files. Please let me know what the best approach is.

Sorry forgot, here's what happens when I try to delete the settings files.

At the top of the screen there is the View tab. Do you see Panels as enabled here? It should have a checkmark.

With regards to the settings files, are they being written to a path your account has permissions in? You can check this by right clicking on the HyperMesh shortcut, opening properties, and ensuring the "Start in:" path points to a place you have access to. Normally this is the user's Documents folder.
