Hi,

I want to delete duplicates elements. I used to use the retrieve option of the delete panel in tools. But this panel does not exists anymore.

How can I delete the elements placed in my user mark?

Thank you for your help!

    Hello again,

I just did some tests, and there's an entry in model checker for Duplicate elements in 2022.3, so you should be able to rely on Model Checker

    Hello cjd,

I see couple of options here, which should not require any automation anymore are theay are available in core:

    1) Model Checker currently proposes this check (and an automatic fix) with no need of automation

    2) The action to delette any entity now is (or should be) simpler than previously, you just have to select your entities, then hit the key SUPPR (or right click -> delete)

    Does it help?

    Best Regards,

    Michael

    Hi Michael,

Thank you for your answer !

I would like to use option 2, model checker tells me that there is no issues in my model, but I find duplicates elements using tools>>check elems.

When I select "save failed", it tells me that the failed elements are placed in the user mark.

I don't find how to delete the content of this user mark.

In the previous version of HM, I used to use the delete tool by selecting "retrieve" elements.

    Best regards,

    cjd

Edit : Model Checker do find the duplicates elements, but I don't manage to delete them by clicking the option in modelchecker

    hello again @cjd ,

are you using the Calssic or the new interface? From our origninal description, I was thinking you were using the new one, but from your reply it seems you are still using the classic one (based on Tools -> Check Elem) .

    Can you please confirm?

    Best Regards,

    Michael

I use a mix between the previous and the new interface. I still have some panels but very few.

    Hi,

Yes I edited my second message but I didn't managed to delete the elements using model checker. I found out how to do, by clicking the autocorrect button.

    Thanks again for your help!
