When I tried to use OSSmooth option to extract the geometry out of topography optimization, it is throwing an error "Invalid element count in .sh file". Can anyone have similar experience and any solution can be posted here?

Your choices for topography optimization should be as follows. The file with the .sh extension is the file that contains the density information of the elements resulting from topology optimization.
for topography optimization you need to use the file with the .grid extension.
