Hello, My name is Munashe Chibinyani, currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, South Africa. I am interested in using a product from Altair, with enhanced capacities in running topology optimizations of the design of joints at the vertices of lattice structures with polygon cells. My work extends to introducing the optimal lattice cells at the joints of the parent honeycomb structure, thus developing hierarchical honeycomb structures. Moreover, I am looking at optimizing the dimensions of vertices in order to minimize the use of material. Please advise on which product can efficiently drive both 2D and 3D topology optimizations towards a simulation-driven stress analysis.
