Hello,
During a frequency calculation, is it possible to use the geometry of a part connected to another to take into account its mass but not to simulate it during the analysis?
Thanks,
Usually this is accomplished by using connecting elements and applying a concentrated mass with your parts mass associated to it.
Just take care, as your mass is there, but no stiffness is associated to it, so it is a simplification.
