Dallas, .x is typically a full release, and .x.y would be a hotfix.
For example 2022.1 will be a full release of HyperWorks, while 2022.1.1 will be a hotfix.
The current released version of HyperWorks is 2022.2. I would recommend downloading and installing this version, so you are able to leverage the latest developments in the product. 2019 is more than a few years old now.
