I have to model weld elements in radioss what is the best way to model it
should i give node to node connectivity or rigids
Both spot weld and Seam weld are present along with fillet of different radius. what technique should i prefer for modelling?

According to me , Modelling the weld elements with spot weld (Element type - Spring) of node to node connectivity  is the best & easiest way.
If there is any other best technique let me know??

You can do a spot welding using element type as Rigid or Weld. Make sure to check for dependency later or you will get error.Â

@RAMGANESH and @Datta1234 thanks, but what about SEAM weld, model has a fillet of various radius?
