I got my license for angoss/altair but didn't get license key that we usually get it. Without license key we cannot re-launch our exisitng product (angoss/altair knwoledge studio)

I got my license for angoss/altair but didn't get license key that we usually get it. Without license key we cannot re-launch our exisitng product (angoss/altair knwoledge studio). Could you resolve it as soon as possible?
