If I want to apply the initial velocity in OptiStruct, How can I do?

I am doing a drop weight impact test which the impactor has the initial velocity at 3218 mm/s in Z direction, how can I apply the initial velocity in OptiStruct?

    You can define it with the Initial Condition tool in the Analysis menu.

    Hello, I use version 2019.1, there are no initial conditions.
