How do I know which MAT in Radioss is proper for my materials ?

I am going to do the drop weight impact test simulation for composite plate and sandwich structure. But I am not quite sure which MAT that I need to use? The output that I want to check is force-displacement curve and Fiber breakage to measure the dimension of crack that happen to the composite plate and the total damage area that happen to specimen.

This one is for face sheet.

And this one is for core for sandwich structure.
