Altair Student Edition software download link does not work. Could you please give me a different link?

    Hi, Please try the download links attached as a pdf we sent to you by mail, do let us know if you still have isssues downloading the software,

    There are cases where when you click on the download links in the email, one would just see a tab open and the exe does not download, in such cases

    • You should copy and paste the links in a different browser and click go
    • You should open the email in a different browser (if using gmail or yahoo for instance in a browser) and click on the links in the email there

    Hello, can you please send me these alternate links too? I am also having trouble downloading the programs, receiving "504-Gateway Timeout".

    Hi Noam, 

    That issue was fixed, you should be able to download the software using the links on the license email now,

    • You should open the email in a different browser (if using gmail or yahoo for instance in a browser) and click on the links in the email there
