Wrong number of used Licences

Hello everyone,

the number of licenses is unfortunately not displayed correctly when I cancel simulations (MotionSolve and EDEM) that were running in batch mode. The drawn license points then remain blocked indefinitely. I use version 21.2 of both programs.

    Hello,

    If the programs are not terminated correctly, the licenses may stay in use for up to an hour afterwards.

    If you still need help, I would suggest to create a support case.
